Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every purchase from Katlego Home. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:

Returns You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cleaning products.

How to request a return Email us at katlegohome.sa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at katlegohome.sa@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 069 298 7796, and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Shipping costs Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
